Determine whether the charger is good:
1. The charger is plugged in and the light on the battery responds (red or blue), then the charger is good
2. When the charger is plugged in, the light on the battery does not respond, but the machine can be turned on or the battery light flashes by pressing the machine switch, the charger is broken
3. If the charger is plugged in, the light on the battery flashes red or the machine switch is also flashing red, it means that the battery is faulty
